As a service user of Killer Dynamics, you are required to read and comply with these terms and conditions. Violating any of these policies may place your services and account at risk of suspension or termination.
Killer Dynamics reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to check for changes and remain compliant with the latest version.
Killer Dynamics also reserves the right to refuse service or access to any person or service at its discretion.
Customers may not use Killer Dynamics services to host, distribute, upload, link to, or promote prohibited content. This includes, but is not limited to, illegal material, copyrighted material used without permission, pirated software, malware, password cracking tools, hacking resources, IP spoofing tools, and other unlawful material.
Adult or obscene material, including pornographic, erotic, lewd, or otherwise inappropriate content, is not permitted. The final decision on whether content is inappropriate rests with Killer Dynamics.
Any service found to contain prohibited content may be suspended or terminated immediately without refund.
Our services may not be used to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or abusive communications of any kind. Any account found to be doing so may be terminated immediately and may be held responsible for resulting costs or abuse complaints.
Customers may not use Killer Dynamics services for malicious activity, disruption, interference, or any behaviour that negatively affects other users, other networks, or the wider internet.
Abuse toward Killer Dynamics staff, systems, or customers is strictly prohibited. This includes threatening, abusive, insulting, or offensive behaviour in tickets, email, forums, or any other communication channel.
Customers are responsible for all activity carried out through their account and services. You must ensure that your server, files, and hosted content remain compliant with these terms at all times.
Customers are not authorised to upload viruses, malicious tools, hacks, or any material intended to compromise systems, users, or services. Poor administration, harmful behaviour, or misuse of services may result in removal of services and account termination.
Customers are also responsible for keeping their contact details current, including email address and telephone number where applicable.
If a customer exceeds the permitted bandwidth or resource limits of a service, Killer Dynamics reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate the service until the matter is resolved. Additional charges may apply where appropriate.
Killer Dynamics does not guarantee retention of customer data and does not accept responsibility for data loss. Customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups and should do so regularly.
Player and spectator limits are tied to the service ordered. Customers must not increase server player capacity beyond what has been purchased without prior approval.
Any unauthorised change to server player limits may result in suspension or termination of service. Customers must also ensure that their game server names, content, and usage do not violate these terms or bring the Killer Dynamics name into disrepute.
Killer Dynamics reserves the right to suspend or cancel a service with immediate effect where an account is being used inappropriately, misused, or operated in breach of these terms.
Fees charged on a prepay basis are generally non-refundable. Credits added to billing accounts are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for managing their own PayPal subscriptions and recurring payments.
Where a customer has followed these terms and Killer Dynamics terminates a service for its own reasons, a pro-rata refund may be considered at our discretion based on the unused portion of the service.
Customers wishing to cancel a service should provide notice in writing. Promotional offers, discounts, or incentives may be withdrawn on cancellation. An administration fee may apply to early cancellation of contracted services.
A 24-hour money-back guarantee may be offered where a valid reason is provided and a support ticket is opened within the first 24 hours of service activation.
Customers must not attempt to connect to Killer Dynamics systems using unauthorised services or methods, including SSH, Telnet, or other access routes where such access has not been expressly provided.
Game servers, branded services, and discounted plans may include naming or branding conditions. Where a service has been supplied under a branded offer, customers must not remove required branding unless they have purchased a de-branded service or received approval.
Customers must not lend, resell, or transfer services to third parties without permission where doing so breaches the intended use of the service or account.
Killer Dynamics cannot guarantee an exact setup date or time for all services. Most game servers are delivered within 24 hours, and many automated services are deployed instantly.
Dedicated servers, VPS services, and co-location services may take longer and are usually delivered from next day up to 7 working days, depending on service type, stock availability, and circumstances beyond our control.
In rare cases, customers may be placed on a waiting list until suitable capacity becomes available.
All customers must follow the account validation and service emails sent after purchase, as they contain important information relating to access and service setup.
Game and voice server customers are responsible for maintaining their own services and ensuring that no prohibited or malicious content is uploaded. Servers must not be used in a way that damages service quality, harms other users, or breaches these terms.
Customers using branded services must not use server names, content, or behaviour that harms the Killer Dynamics brand or reputation.
Fast download webspace is provided as an additional feature to support game server hosting. Where included as a free or bundled feature, it must still be used in accordance with these terms.
Customers must not upload illegal content, pornographic material, malicious files, restricted content, or anything unrelated to the intended service use. Misuse of fast download webspace may result in suspension or termination of associated services and account access.
Dedicated servers and VPS services are subject to provisioning timelines and availability. Killer Dynamics cannot guarantee exact activation times for these services.
Co-location customers must provide suitable equipment, including rails and any other required mounting or hardware components, unless agreed otherwise.
Unpaid co-located equipment may be stored for up to 3 months. After that period, if no contact or payment has been made, Killer Dynamics reserves the right to dispose of, reuse, or sell the equipment to recover costs.
Killer Dynamics does not accept liability for business loss, data loss, downtime, service interruption, or other damages arising from use of our services. While every effort is made to provide stable and reliable service, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Any compensation offered for service disruption is entirely at the discretion of Killer Dynamics and will not exceed the pro-rata value of the affected service. Compensation may take the form of service extension, account credit, or equivalent substitution rather than cash.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Killer Dynamics harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs arising from use of their services, hosted content, products, or actions.
Killer Dynamics provides services on an as-is basis and makes no guarantees or warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service.
Killer Dynamics reserves the right to revise these policies at any time.
